THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA 18 YEARS AND OLDER (EXCLUDING OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, PUERTO RICO AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES) ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN AN OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATION, PUERTO RICO, OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES OR FOREIGN TERRITORIES.

OFFICIAL RULES

1.GENERAL. These are the official rules, (the "Official Rules") for the SportsFiends.com Washington Capitals Ticket Giveaway, (the "Giveaway"). The Giveaway is sponsored by SportsFiends.com/Sports Fiends, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), 1185 Cambria Terrace NE, Leesburg, VA 20176.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C., (EXCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUCH RESIDENTS IF LOCATED IN PUERTO RICO, OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES), who are eighteen (18) years and older as of the date of entry, (an "Entrant"). Offer void where prohibited by law. The Giveaway begins at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on February 13, 2004 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 27, 2004 (the "Promotion Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Time (ET).

3.HOW TO ENTER: To access the Giveaway, log on to http://www.SportsFiends.com/contests.asp and click on the link to the "Washington Capitals Ticket Giveaway". To enter the Giveaway, Entrant must click on the link as indicated on the Giveaway entry page and following the instructions. Entrant will be asked to provide his or her name, e-mail address, city, state, birth date, gender and general marketing survey questions. Entrant will also be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to win a prize.

Answering survey questions or consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Giveaway or to win a prize.

To complete his or her entry, Entrant must click on the "Submit" button.

LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRIES PER PERSON (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ONE PERSON HAS MORE THAN ONE E-MAIL ADDRESS) OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS), DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.

Sponsor, Promoter, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. PRIZE DRAWING(S):
To be eligible for the drawing, all online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2004. Winners will be selected via a random drawing on or about February 29, 2004 for the grand prize.

In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared made by the owner of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, and such owner is a valid Entrant, the prize will be awarded to such person. E-mail account holder is the natural person who has been assigned an e-mail address by an e-mail provider.

Sponsor will conduct the drawings. By participating, Entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor's decision will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified on or about the date of the prize drawing.

5. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS OF WINNING: Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize package consists of two (2), Washington Capitals Tickets for the March 8, 2004 game against the Ottawa Senators at the MCI Center in Washington DC. Travel expenses to and from the game and Washington DC are the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $78.00.

Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses relative to participation in Giveaway (including acceptance of prize, meals and gratuities) not specified herein. Grand Prize winner must provide own transportation to and from Washington DC and the MCI Center. Trip must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor. If Grand Prize winner is unavailable on trip dates, winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, certificates, or prize items. Any guest of the Grand Prize winner who is a minor must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian on the trip at parent's/legal guardian's sole expense. Prize returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fourteen (14) days after being sent will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value or cash equivalent. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All entries will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail address or the mailing address of record.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All entries will be declared made by the owner of the e-mail address.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Employees or agents of Sponsor, Promoter, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children or spouse, regardless of where they live) or those persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Prize winner will be notified by phone, email, U.S. mail, and/or overnight courier, within twenty-four (24) hours after the prize winner is determined. If potential winner does not respond to notification (with all requested information) within two (2) days, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Proof of response does not constitute proof of receipt. Prize returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within seven (5) days after being sent will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize winner of a prize whose ARV is six-hundred dollars ($600.00) or greater will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of the date printed on the prize notification. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

MINOR POLICY: Users under the age of 18 may not enter the Giveaway. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent/legal guardian enter the contest instead.

Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of any winner/travel companion, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports. To the extent necessary under law, winner/travel companion shall authorize this background check. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by winner/travel companion in his/her interview. In that regard, winner/travel companion will be obligated to provide necessary contacts and information so that Sponsor may conduct such investigation. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify a winner/travel companion based on the background check, and select an alternate.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Giveaway for any reason, including if: (a) viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway; or (b) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared). In such event, the prize winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination or suspension, or in such other fashion as shall be considered equitable in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

8. RELEASE, PUBLICITY: By participating, Entrants release Sponsor, Promoter, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph, and statements to Sponsor, Promoter, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies for advertising/publicity purposes in any and all media, worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, by participating Entrant agrees that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and Promoter and their agencies shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the City of Leesburg in the Commonwealth of Virginia and Entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Giveaway, Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Giveaway but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

10.
